When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing list

As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information – your name and email address. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at

Events and nominations for awards

If you’re registering to attend one of our awesome events we collect personal information such as your name and email address. We may ask you for your postal address so tickets can be posted to you. This information is not shared with anyone outside of Inclusive Networks and will be used for the sole purpose of contacting you about the event you have expressed an interest in. Following the event, your postal address details will be deleted.

If you are nominating someone for an award, we will never divulge any information relating to the nominator to either the individual nominated or any other third party.

Any information submitted to support a nomination will only ever be viewed by Inclusive Networks and our awards judges. Our judges will never have access to your personal details, such as name and email address, and will only be presented with supporting information.

Sale of our business

Should Inclusive Networks be sold to or taken over by another organisation, your personal information may move to that other organisation as part of the sale or takeover agreement.
